Threads

Threading is a procedure that tightens the skin on the face. It is a superficially invasive alternative to a facelift. During a threading procedure, A member of our team will use a temporary suture, or “thread,” to lift up portions of the skin. They will inject a thin needle or cannula into the skin. 

Procedure 

• A member of the Skin+MedAesthetics Team will welcome you for a friendly consultation where they will ask you about your medical and cosmetic history. They will also take some photos/videos of your face and explain your facial anatomy. 

• Together, you will decide on a treatment plan that suits your needs and expectations. Before the procedure, you will have a topical anesthetic cream applied to your skin. During this time, you can see some of our previous before/after results. 

• The procedure is not painful, and will only numb your skin. The injections will take about 30 minutes, and we will ensure you are comfortable and relaxed throughout.
